1. About the Ebook

The Ebook is a digital educational product designed to provide information, strategies, ideas, and practical guidance relating to pursuing press trips and travel-industry opportunities.

The Ebook is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

It does not constitute legal, financial, business, marketing, public-relations, travel, or other professional advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive, be invited to, or be accepted for any press trip as a result of purchasing or using the Ebook.

Your results will depend on numerous factors, including your experience, niche, audience, location, relationships, pitching strategy, timing, the quality of your applications, and the decisions of third parties.

We cannot control whether a tourism board, hotel, airline, travel company, PR agency, brand, media organisation, or other third party chooses to work with you.

Any examples of press trips, invitations, collaborations, income, opportunities, or other results presented in the Ebook are examples only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of results.

Purchasing the Ebook does not guarantee access to any press trip, invitation, sponsorship, complimentary travel, accommodation, meals, products, payment, collaboration, or other opportunity.

3. No Guarantee of Income or Business Results

We make no guarantee regarding any financial or business result from using the information contained in the Ebook.

We do not guarantee that you will generate income, obtain clients, secure partnerships, receive media coverage, grow your audience, obtain sponsorships, receive complimentary travel, or achieve any other particular result.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

4. Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that the decision to purchase the Ebook and implement any information contained within it is your own.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any strategy, recommendation, pitch, communication, or business approach is appropriate for your particular circumstances.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your own activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, advertising requirements, disclosure requirements, and the terms of any third-party service you use.

5. Third-Party Opportunities

The Ebook may refer to or discuss third-party companies, tourism boards, hotels, airlines, PR agencies, websites, platforms, brands, or other organisations.

We do not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, policies, decisions, responses, or actions.

We are not responsible for any loss, cancellation, rejection, change of policy, or other outcome resulting from your dealings with a third party.

Any agreement or relationship you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party.

6. Digital Product and Access

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Because the Ebook is digital content, special rules may apply to your statutory right of withdrawal.

Where applicable, you will receive the information required by applicable consumer law before completing your purchase.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to statutory exceptions. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right may cease once you have expressly consented to the supply beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Where legally permitted and where you have provided the required express consent and acknowledgement, access to the Ebook may therefore begin immediately and your statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply.

We do not offer a separate money-back guarantee based on whether you achieve a particular result from using the Ebook.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

If you believe that the Ebook is defective, inaccessible, or does not conform to the agreement, please contact us at lotte.wildiers@gmail.com so that we can address the issue in accordance with applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information.

However, the travel, media, influencer, PR, and tourism industries can change. Contact details, policies, platforms, opportunities, and recommended approaches may become outdated.
